• Is there a charge for parking?

  Yes. The OC Fair & Event Center charges $12 per vehicle.

• What if it rains?

  Winter Fest OC will go on rain or shine. Select entertainment or rides may be delayed, canceled or not available without prior notice due to inclement weather conditions. In the event of severe inclement weather, we may close or have shortened hours. If there is a weather-related full day closure your tickets will be honored for a rescheduled date. Please check your email and our social media channels for the latest updates.

• Am I able to leave the event and re-enter?

  You are allowed re entry with a valid hand stamp and admission ticket, the OC Fair & Event Center requires you must pay for parking every time you leave the parking lot.

• Are there refunds or exchanges?

  All sales are final. There are no refunds.

• Do you accept cash or only credit / debit cards?

  Debit/Credit Card only! We are cashless!

• Can I buy tickets at the door?

  A limited number of tickets will be available for purchase at the door, online ticket sales are highly encouraged.

• Are there ATM's inside the event?

  Our only ATM is outside of the event prior to entry.

• What Items are prohibited?

  The following is a list posted of prohibited items for this event:
  • knives/weapons etc.,
  • Drugs & drug paraphernalia
  • Gang related clothing and items
  • Disorderly conduct
  • Wallet chains
  • Costumes
  • Pepper spray
  • Coolers
  • Flashlights and laser pointers
  • Outside food & beverage.

• Are outside food and drinks allowed?

  No outside food or drink permitted. Yummy seasonal treats and delicious concessions available on site! Unopened, sealed or empty water bottles, baby food, and food for guests with special dietary restrictions in limited quantities are permitted. Bags will be inspected upon arrival and items that are not permitted will have to be kept in your vehicle during your visit. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation with our policy.

• Can I bring a birthday cake inside my VIP Rink-Side Igloo?

  Yes, you may but we require coordination with our team prior by contacting VIP@winterfestoc.com.

• Can guests with special needs attend?

  All guest are welcome! The OC Fair & Event Center provides disabled persons parking. If you need extra assistance, please contact us at info@winterfestoc.com or visit the Guest Services booth in The Hangar Building when at Winter Fest OC.

• Are animals invited?

  We love Rudolph, but no animals please! Service dogs are welcome!

• Does the VIP igloo include admission?

  VIP igloos do NOT include admission. It also does NOT include ice skating. To see more details visit the VIP & Parties page. For additional questions please contact VIP@winterfestoc.com with cabana questions.

• Do you rent wheelchairs or scooters?

  No.

ATTRACTION FAQS

• Are there height restrictions for Snowflake Summit Ice Tubing?

  Ice tubing height requirement is 42″ with no lap sitting and closed toe shoes must be worn.

• Do you have lockers to store my shows while ice skating?

  Shoe cubbies will be available.

• Can I bring my own skates?

  No outside skates. Ice Skating Session includes ice skates to use.

• Is the trackless train wheelchair accessible?

  Yes, our trackless train is wheelchair accessible!
