Will I need to wear snow clothes to the event?

Please dress for the weather appropriately. There will be snow in Penny’s snow play and slide area, so you may get wet or damp. Please plan accordingly.

Is there a charge for parking?

Yes. The OC Fair & Event Center charges $10 per vehicle.

Can I bring my own ice skates?

Yes, you can! For those that don’t have skates, Ice skates are included with a paid ice skating ticket.

Am I able to leave the event and re-enter?

You are allowed re entry with a valid handstamp and admission ticket, the OC Fair & Event Center requires you must pay for parking every time you leave the parking lot.

Can I bring a birthday cake inside my VIP Rink-Side Cabana?

Yes, you may but we require coordination with our team prior by contacting VIP@wordpress-380851-1303667.cloudwaysapps.com.

What items are prohibited?

The following is a list posted of prohibited items for this event: knives/weapons etc., drugs & drug paraphernalia, gang related clothing and items, disorderly conduct, wallet chains, costumes, pepper spray, coolers, flashlights and laser pointers, and outside food & beverage.

Are there height restrictions for Snowflake Summit Ice Tubing?

ICE TUBING HEIGHT REQUIREMENT IS 42″ WITH NO LAP SITTING AND CLOSED TOE SHOES MUST BE WORN.

How much does it cost to ride the carnival rides?

Each carnival ticket is $1. A pack of 16 tickets is $15 and a pack of 32 is $28. We sell all carnival tickets onsite. An unlimited ride wristband is available online for $20 and $25 onsite.

What are the Community Hero Days and what does it include?

What happens if rains or is windy?

Select entertainment and attractions such as fireworks or rides, without prior notice may be delayed, canceled or not available due to inclement weather or windy conditions. All sales are final and non-refundable. Winter Fest OC is open rain, shine, sleet or snow!

Are there refunds or exchanges?

All sales are final. There are no refunds.

Are there ATMs inside the event?

Yes there are.

Can guests with special needs attend?

All guest are welcome! The OC Fair & Event Center provides disabled persons parking. If you need extra assistance, please contact us at info@wordpress-380851-1303667.cloudwaysapps.com or visit the Guest Services booth in The Hangar Building when at Winter Fest OC.

Are animals invited?

We love Rudolph, but no animals please! Service dogs are welcome!

Does the VIP cabana include admission?
